WILL MY VINCHECKUP SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEW?

VinCheckUp.com does not support the practice of monthly billing or automatic membership renewal. There is no recurring billing offered for any of our report access package options.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY VINCHECKUP VEHICLE HISTORY REPORT?

If you are having a difficult time retrieving your Vehicle History Report after making a purchase, simply visit our VinCheckUp.com/login page and login with your username and password and click on "My Reports" button.

Please note: If you need help regarding a specific search or a report you've ordered from VinCheckUp.com, please be sure to include your order number as well as the search/report name you are contacting us about. You can find your order number in the email you have received after completing your purchase.
